Milwaukee’s Home for Handcrafted Corned Beef

Welcome to Mae Velma’s Corned Beef. This website is the digital home of our family-owned restaurant group, the spot Milwaukee turns to for authentic, hand-carved corned beef piled high on seedless rye, straight off the grill. Since 2017 we’ve grown from a single counter into six locations across Milwaukee, each carrying the same commitment to flavor, family, and community.

Here, visitors can browse our full menu of sandwiches, Southern comfort classics like catfish and wings, plus sweet treats from Belle’s Ice Cream Shop. You’ll find every location with directions and phone numbers, learn about the drinks at Mae Velma’s Bar, and book our food truck for festivals, corporate events, and private parties. Ordering online is just one tap away through DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub, so you can enjoy Mae Velma’s however you like — dine-in, carry-out, or delivery to your door.

This site is for everyone in Milwaukee and the surrounding area who loves good food made with care — our longtime regulars, first-time visitors, families planning dinner, and event organizers looking for a crowd-pleasing catering option. Mae Velma’s Corned Beef is family-owned and Milwaukee-proud, and this website is created and maintained by FairyTouch Digital to keep our community connected to everything we have to offer. Come hungry. Leave happy.
